The Estate Planning Process from Start to Finish
First Meeting
(Phone or In-Person)
The purpose of the first meeting is to review and discuss your estate planning goals and options. It generally takes about 45 minutes. By the end of the first meeting we will likely have enough information to compile a preliminary draft of documents for your review. Your estate planning price is quoted at that time.
Second Meeting
(Phone or In-Person)
At the second meeting, we will review and discuss the draft of your estate documents, as well as answer any questions you may have.
Third Meeting (Signing)
(In-Person)
The third meeting is where you sign the documents and complete your estate plan. Both Wills and Trusts need to be executed before two witnesses and a notary. Our office provides both the notary and witnesses. After signing, you will leave with both the original paper documents as well as electronic PDF copies of all documents.
