We are looking for individuals to help grow our Estate Planning and Probate Administration practice. As a firm our goal is to provide quality service to clients who are either going through a difficult time or planning for a difficult time. We strive to treat each client with the dignity they deserve and to practice in a way that honors the teachings of Christ. Cheerfulness is a must.

  • Associate Attorney

We are looking for one full-time attorney or two part-time attorneys for our Estate Planning and Probate Administration practice. The attorney must be licensed in Colorado, but prior experience in Estate and Probate practice is not required. This position consists primarily of meeting with clients, drafting documents, and working with a paralegal or legal secretary to file forms with the court. There is some negotiation with opposing parties, but only occasional hearings or court appearances. This would be a good fit for an individual who is detail oriented and can be patient - both with the individual clients who are often giong through difficult situations and with the various delays that arise in probate administration.

  • Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant

This position is the "front door" to the firm. This individual would answer incoming calls from clients, give clients updates on their cases on a regular basis, prepare basic forms for filing with the court, and enter client information into the database. This individual would also assist with various client tasks that come up in the course of a case. It would be a good fit for someone who likes talking with people, enjoys a fairly fast-paced job and can be consistently compassionate with clients that have recently lost a loved one. Prior legal experience is not required, but the individual must be familiar with Microsoft Word. Full or part-time work is available.

  • Paralegal

We are looking for a paralegal to assist primarily in the Probate Administration practice, though there would be some overlap with Estate Planning. The position consists of meeting with existing clients (generally by phone) , preparing and filing court forms, and working withi financial institutions to collect beneficiary accounts. This would be a good fit for an individual who is detail oriented and can manage filing deadlines for several cases at the same time. Prior experience in Probate Administration is a plus, but not required. Full or part-time is available.
